Site Maintenance Requests

The Building Maintenance Group is responsible for planned and reactive maintenance covering the following areas:

  • Electrical power supply;
  • Internal, external and emergency lighting;
  • Heating, ventilation, cooling and/or air conditioning systems;
  • Hot and cold water supply;
  • External and internal building fabric;
  • Environmental control and monitoring.

If you need our assistance, is the first point of contact for requesting any form of work, repairs or simply advice.  All calls are logged on the Maintenance RT queue and a unique Maintenance Helpdesk number is issued to the requestor.  The Helpdesk call is then answered by our in-house maintenance staff or escalated to our Landlord, Estate Management, if required.  Once maintenance requests have been completed, the requestor will receive confirmation that the request has been completed.
